We often get asked to quote for certain work, especially in relation to conveyancing. We do not have a fixed fee structure as each transaction has its own set of peculiarities. For instance, a LIM or building report might reveal something out of the ordinary. In such cases it is our practice to alert our clients to such matters and discuss a strategy to produce a successful outcome. If you are considering changing banks and that requires a change of mortgage from one bank or lending institution to another, increases to the fee will be incurred if the borrower is a company or a trust and if personal guarantees are required.
Generally, however, our fees are very competitive and we have a reduced fee structure for first time home buyers. Please feel welcome to give us a call or email us for a quote.
If requested we will provide an estimate of the expected fee and will do our very best to work within that estimate. We will discuss with you any likely cost over-run and how to manage that so as to achieve the best possible outcome.
