Enduring Powers of Attorney

• The second kind relates to your property and finances. An Enduring Power of Attorney for Property can come into effect at any time you choose, either immediately, or only when you are mentally incapacitated. An Enduring Power of Attorney for Property can be particularly useful, both in the event you lose mental capacity, or if you are simply physically unwell and unable to tend to your own affairs.
